Vice President of Business Development, Redridge Construction Corp.
Rosanna Bio has dedicated more than two decades to supporting children and families through fundraising, volunteer service, and community leadership. As a board member of Hope for Children Research Foundation, she brings that commitment to advancing research and improving the lives of children and their families.
Her charitable work began in Montville, New Jersey, where she organized a fashion show to support drug awareness.
In 2009, with the help of David Harris of the New York Jets, she and her daughter launched an effort to provide brand-new sneakers to children attending Camp Hope. Together, they also built a sneaker shack where children could receive proper footwear to participate safely and confidently in camp activities. Her godchild Victoria’s experience with juvenile diabetes inspired Rosanna’s continued commitment to supporting children facing serious health challenges. Her fundraising efforts also include organizing a walk-a-thon that raised more than $1 million, with Don Shula of the Miami Dolphins serving as a lead supporter.
As Vice President of Business Development at Redridge Construction Corp., Rosanna builds relationships and connects people with opportunities across the commercial real estate industry. She brings the same energy and personal commitment to her community involvement, including serving as a CCD teacher and lector at Saint Ann’s Church in Parsippany.
Rosanna is married with two children. Her faith, family, service, and meaningful connections remain at the heart of her personal and professional life.
