Jeffrey S. Buchman

Jeffrey S. Buchman is a veteran 30-year commercial real estate executive and trusted advisor, known for successfully having repositioned and reenergized commercial properties throughout national real estate markets.
In his capacity as Chief Operating Officer of the Bergman Real Estate Group, Mr. Buchman drives the strategic objectives for the firm, implements value-add and repositioning solutions and provides for the financial and operational oversight of its vast portfolio of real estate holdings.
In addition to his position as COO of Bergman Real Estate Group, Mr. Buchman is also a Founder and Principal of the BCB Group, a New Jersey-based General Contracting Firm, providing commercial project and construction management services and solutions to its clients.
Mr. Buchman earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Finance & Business from American University and received his New Jersey Real Estate License in 1988. He is an avid golfer and resides with his family in Mountain Lakes, New Jersey.
