Dan Foley brings over 40 years of commercial real estate experience to the Cresa New Jersey office as Managing Principal. Dan started his career with CBRE in 1982. While at CBRE, Dan ranked as a New Jersey top-five producer for nine consecutive years. Dan co-founded Strategic Alliance Partners in 1993, a firm dedicated to tenant representation. In 2004, Strategic Alliance amalgamated its 26 brokers with Studley (Savills). A passionate advocate for occupiers, Dan has successfully negotiated many of the largest and most complex real estate transactions in New Jersey. Dan has completed New Jersey’s largest office leases four out of the last ten years.
